Abstract

Physicians are increasingly being held accountable for patient outcomes, yet their specific contribution to the outcomes remains uncertain. This study aims to determine variation in outcomes of mechanically ventilated patients among intensivists, as well as associations between intensivist experience and patient outcomes.
