Stephany Almonte-Then is a clinical research coordinator for the PAIR center. Prior to PAIR, Stephany worked as a clinical research coordinator for several NCI-sponsored trials at Columbia University in New York. She also conducted research assessing the lack of mental health resources in underserved communities throughout New York City with The Rand Corporation.

She received an undergraduate degree in Health Science from Pace University, where she focused on healthy policy and advocacy.

Stephany is a Philadelphia transplant. During her free time, she enjoys bike rides, trying new foods, and exploring all the city has to offer.
