Lonard is a Clinical Research Coordinator for the PAIR Center. He supports Dr. Harhay and Dr. Kohn on their longitudinal cohort studies among patients surviving hospitalization for COVID and acute respiratory failure.
Prior to PAIR he worked as a Research Assistant in the Center for Public Health Initiatives (CPHI) at Penn. Throughout his time at CPHI, he worked closely with the Philadelphia Department of Public Health to help coordinate free naloxone administration trainings. Furthermore, Lonard served as a Contact Tracer for the Penn Open Pass Call Center at Penn Medicine.
Lonard received his undergraduate degree in Health & Societies with a Global Health Concentration from the University of Pennsylvania. He is now pursuing a master's degree in public health from Penn. In his free time, Lonard enjoys long walks with his friends and going social dancing in Philadelphia.
