Hellen joined the center in September 2021 as a Grants Manager. She supports the business office operations, finances and research administration of various projects within the center.

Prior to PAIR, she worked at the Office of Research Services in Penn as a Grants and Contracts Financial Administrator. Furthermore, she was an Accountant for 8+ years at the Urban Affairs Coalition, a nonprofit in Philadelphia that works to improve opportunities for low-income households, working-families, and community businesses. She holds a BS in Accounting from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Hellen lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her husband and daughter. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, the beach and traveling.
