Dorothy Sheu is a Project Manager at the PAIR Center, overseeing implementation of a smoking cessation clinical trial funded by PCORI and involving Penn Medicine, Kaiser Permanente, Henry Ford Health System, and Geisinger.
She joins Penn from Johns Hopkins where she led a multi-hospital partnership focused on chronically ill residents of Baltimore City. Dorothy’s passion for empowering under-resourced communities has also taken her on a journey through health education at the International Rescue Committee to emergency preparedness and quality improvement at the Maryland Department of Health.
Dorothy spends her time with her rescue dog and cat, traveling with her partner, and perfecting her lunar new year dumpling recipe. She has a Master of Public Health from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and neuroscience from Grinnell College.
